My set up is as follows. I have a 40-80 dipole about 40 feet from the house at about 35 feet. When I transmit more than 100 watts (400 for example), the TV screen blanks out almost entirely white, however, 100 watts is OK.  You can still see the picture, but the screen is blanked out mostly white. I've installed AC filter, high pass filter and common mode chokes on all ingresses. I took the VCR out of line so it strickly cable going into the TV. Its got to be fundamental overload, but at 40 feet away, its still a problem. Clearly it affecting the video circuit in the TV. The TV is 36" Sony Trinitron wide screen. Your comments please.

GOT IT! Did some more sleuthing and found out where the RF was getting into the TV.  A while back, we added some additional cable to the house for a bedroom.  When they added the cable, they grounded it fuse box. When I disconnected the ground, the TVI ceased.
