Has anyone tried this amp using cross band repeat? On the web site it states that it has full duplex operation. I have a icom w32a I use at 500mw cross band at my hunt camp with a ar270b up about 50 feet, this actually works okay for my purpose but need to get more power and this amp is allot cheaper than a mobile 50 watt so don't bother to tell me just get a dual band mobile, i'm interested in the features of this amp and wondering if anyone has tried it with a cross band radio if it works okay. I have a 12v fan out of a computer to use behind it so overheating should be not much of a concern (I hope)?
I'd also like any stories or info on tests done using cross band and power, what is safe for regular rag chew using fans, etc. without any chance of burning up?

Thanks,

Randy
