A couple of questions, not in any particular order.

1.  Do you have a copy of the manual?
If not goto:
http://bama.sbc.edu/heath.htm
Download the complete SB200 manual

2.  Are you Ok working wround high voltages??
This unit has LETHAL voltages present.

3.  Is the antenna relay operating?

4.  Get a copy of this document re:sb200

http://www.k0gkd.com/sb200.htm
Covers the SB200 in good detail.

How does "it act normal?"

Does it draw more plate current (above an idle) when you apply drive?  Do the plate TUNE and LOAD controls influence the plate current indicated?  Can you get a plate current "dip?"  Does it indicate grid current?

Sounds to me (offhand guess) that your 80W drive isn't making it to the tubes.  If 80W hits the cathodes and there's 2400V on the plates, usually only two things can happen: Either it will create RF output, or it will blow up (trip fuse, breaker, etc) because it will be creating a bunch of RF that isn't going anywhere.

Well it shows plate current when keyed (its about 120ma)it does show a dip  and my computer speakers tell me its keyed. but no output but there is alittle spark when it is unkeyed in the air cap on the output. Checked the tubes no short from grid or screen to cath.

Ide hate to buy another and retire this 1 shes such a pretty amp.
Thanks
