I recently found another ham with Easy Pal on his computer and frankly the pictures he sent me were fantastic.  however when I went to load a photo to send to him Easy pal said it wanted MSCVR90.DLL which was needed by open office

Why Easy pal would even care about Open Office (which by the way does not need that dll) I don't know  Then it said closed (Unrecoverable error)  It won't let me load a pic.

I downloaded and installeed MSCVR90.DLL from DLLs.com and ... Now it says 'Improperly opened" and again, crash.

HELP!.

Thanks

Oh, tried to download the latest.. could not find it, found where it shoudl be (KC1CS I think) but nothing under the picture where it says to click.

I don't know anything about Easy Pal but the MSCVR90.dll is part of the Microsoft C++ runtime package (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=en). You probably need the entire package. Be sure to download the x86 or x64 package depending on your processor.

You might email whoever wrote it and ask what the software requirements are.
