Anyone know who the clown is that jams people on 75m?  Last night he was causing interference to multiple stations.  Seems to be using a radio with a record/playback ability and would also seem to be using a band scope and automatic tuner to move around very quickly targeting one qso after another many kc's apart.  Somebody must hear him on groundwave or have an idea who it is.  He/she started about 1:30am Central time this morning (26 Jun) and drove several stations off the air.  Any clues as to who it is?
