Hello all,

I know this will start a whole ball of mess, but I felt the need to express a view point, nevertheless.

E-Ham forums have been a huge learning tool for me and has gotten me out of a great deal of jambs. There are a number of gentlemen that have worked with me extensively, to work out rookie mistakes and design problems, all of which know who they are.

I have noticed recently a number of overly negative postings regarding equipment and some pointed at folks replying to questions. As I have gained a great deal of positives from this site, I would like to see posts kept in a more positive tone. It seems as if there might be a better place to post negative hits other than on this stage.

Let's not waste time with negatives here, but try to troubleshoot fellow ham's problems and keep things in prospective!

This is just the opinion of one ham, so take it for what it's worth.

73 - and great day to all

Doug, the world is full of miscreants and eham.net, being a cross section, has its distractors too.

My mother always told me that fool's names, like fool's faces often appear in public places. Well, that little ditty pretty well sums it up. So I just ignore the bad press, and move on.
