HI Tommy,
The RIT and ^TX are on the lower right side of the frontpanel.  Either is turned on or off by pressing and releasing. When the frequency is displayed the RIT and ^TX are high-lighted if on.  The bottom knob on the right side (just under the RIT, ^TX and Clear buttons) is the adjust for RIT.  To clear both RIT and ^TX press and hold in the Clear button for
one second.  This is outlined on page 58 of the manual.
