And just to put all the comments to rest on this point, I Have 2 Peak Reading Meters.

And Jim, thanks for the advice, but the 811H will not tune to 800 watts without exceeding 200 mA grid current, pulse or otherwise, so I am sticking with my max of 65 watts input.  It gets me to the 600-500 I am happy with anyway and I can skip the stress of seeing the grid needle peg.  I might not be at the most efficient, but I only go lower from 65 watts in any case, and as always, I am going for long life not the last bit of power.
