Station S57V puts a consistent strong WARC band signal to the West Coast at grey line.  Any QSL leads to this station?

Well, he doesn't have any QSL info on his QRZ page. Also, this spot I see for him doesn't look promising either:

N7WS  10117  S57V  14:46 28 Oct 18  "CQ doesn't QSL"

The good news is that there is quite a bit of activity from Slovenia  Smiley

Worth a try, although QRZ says no qsl:

If somebody actually says they don't QSL, I would take it seriously.  True, it's just a spot, but the QRZ entry does not have an address, which is also telling.

Given how active S5 is, I would hold onto the card for a long while before investing 3 bucks.  It is exceptionally likely that unless the QSO was for 160 or 6 or something, you will not only rework it, the new station will be LOTW.

A quick look on the LOTW site reveals plenty of stations that LOTWed "just me" never mind others, and this includes confirmations on 17 and 30m, too.

Over the last two years alone, LOTW confirmations from:

S50XX  S51YI  S52LM  S53F  S56ECR  S57A  S58Q
