Hi,
Looking for a DOS or Windows 3.1 Rtty software That i can run using the pk232 TNC,Also list of
Frequencies.

Check this web site,  RTTY is a protected mode, DOS based program.

Upgrade to Windows 98, some great windows and sound card programs!
Check around these frequencies - 3.625, 7.095, 14.095, 18.1025, 21.095, 28.095 also .080 to .100 on these bands.

Instead of upgrading.....keep the old machine for rtty.......besides, you are only talking to a modem......the program that I use is Lan-Link 2.34.  You can find it at most of the ham software sites.  It runs all modes with the exception of PSK and the like.  It does RTTY/PACKET/PACTOR/AMTOR/CW/NAVTEX......probably does more but I only use it for RTTY.  Good luck and have fun with the green keys......
