Anyone know of a cheap interface and software for
pactor? HamCom only has RX capability as far as I
know. Any help?

There is no longer a cheap sound card based method for operating Pactor. The complexity of the ARQ still requires that you purchase and use a TNC. I imagine that a used KAM+ or PK-232 would be the cheapest way to go. (Stay away from the early model MFJ TNCs.) Then you need software to run it unless you settle for a freeware Terminal coms program.
