Just got back from Richmond , picking up an Aluma Tower, Ground Post, Optibeam 9-5, Orion Rotator and miscellaneous accessories from Chris.  First Chris is very conscientious about maintaining his gear.  There were absolutely no flaws in the equipment I purchased-  It looked almost like new.  Second, He buys really good stuff.  Third he does what he says he will do, all the way through the transaction. His word is good as gold!  Finally, he is helpful and informative.  He (and his sons!) helped me load up the equipment, secure it to the vehicle and ensure that the equipment would not shift.

Purchasing a tower and antenna (or other major gear) is something you may do only once or twice in your ham-life.  There are lots of things to worry about, especially buying used gear.  From the start, I didn't feel that I had to worry with Chris.  Had lots other stuff to worry about- like towing an 18 foot trailer 550 miles!!!

Thanks Chris.
