Someone is responding to "want" posts with my old call NW9R, asking for payment by Pay Pal, etc.  I already alerted Pay Pal, what they do is up to them.  Always, always, get photos of the item offered, a phone number, check it out, check it out.  Usually is a response to a want off QTH.COM or EHam.Net.  The Email address is outlook.com and the Pay Pal account isn't mine, nor do I use one.  So do your homework.
