Packet. The other digitial modes seem almost non-existant in my area. Once in a great while I hear a 6M station on PSK31.

WSJT for meteor scatter and long range tropo and EME.

WSJT is a computer program for VHF/UHF communication using state of the art digital techniques.  It can decode fraction-of-a-second signals reflected from meteor trails, as well as steady signals more than 10 dB weaker than those required for conventional CW.  WSJT is freely available to radio amateurs for non-commercial purposes.

One more question, what is the most commonly used frequency for packet and meteor scatter communications?
