Linda was a kind, generous woman who was a pleasure to all who knew her. She was the first YL that I had the pleasure to QSO with when I first got my license in 1999.
Linda was an accomplished woman with a Master's Degree in Nursing, and she worked as a Nurse Practitioner in my hometown of Bamberg, SC.
She is sadly missed here by the ham community.
Linda is survived by her husband Dick, AD4U and 3 children.
Adam was right as he described my wife Linda WA4HWM. She was all that and so much more. Only in death did I find out just how many lives she touched. It has been almost 6 years since Linda died of cancer in her 40's. I will never get over losing her, but I have been able to move on.
I have been very fortunate to meet another wonderful lady, who I will marry soon.
Some people live an entire life and never meet "that special person". In a way I have been blessed. I have met two. Life goes on.

Today April 25, 2015 would mark Linda (WA4HWM) and my 39th wedding anniversary. Linda died unexpectedly in 2002 at age 47. She is still very missed by me, our 3 grown "children" and 3 grandchildren, who she never met.
