Tom was a great Hamfester and knew about or went to every hamfest within a 200 mile area. He was also a past President of the Columbia-Montour ARC in Pennsylvania. He was a big supporter of Ham Radio and would tell any stranger all they wanted to know about radio. Tom was also a Postmaster of Penns Creek, PA post Office. He retired from the Post Office and enjoyed about 3 months of rest when the Lord called him. He is very much missed by the ham community.
Tom was one of the best friends I had in my
life time. We went to more hamfests together
than most Hams even knew existed. Tom had a
spare for every Ham Radio item that he owned.
He and my family used to eat pizza every
Saturday night for years. My whole family
misses this big guy - still today. We all still
love you Tom, my friend!
