Joe Brown for years and years was the Inland Empires(riverside and san bernardino counties) section head, more years than I can count, recently moved out of california(due to government and other politics)I worked under joe in various different jobs, ie official observer, technicial committee, and other posts up in the big bear area,
joe will be sorely missed....
Joe was a great friend, and held the position of Inland Empire section manager of ARRL field post, I was under his section for the Official observer and technicial committee for several years, joe will be missed, I believe he moved out of california due to high taxes and poor government..... rest in piece joe...
He was great man and a great friend.
So hard to hear he is gone...
He gave so much to the community and emergency services in the spirit of ham radio.
Adios Mi amigo.....
