For those of you who may not remember, he was the star of our
"RIDE WITH AL DAY". Al was blind and the joke was :
if you missed rotation on the morning commute,
you had to let AL drive you to work.
One day AL piped up and said he liked to drive, but didn't
get a chance to very often. So we brought him out and had
the "RIDE WITH AL DAY". It was wonderful.
My jeep han't been the same sence!!!
We had door prizes, T-shirts, BBQ,hot tub gokart rides and more
it was a great event..
The DOA (director of alignment) would ride with AL and was blind folded
and would reley directions to AL verbaly that were sent via radio from
the CORONER ( Corrections Observer Relaying On or Near Entry Re-point.[?])
If you rode with Al, ( DOA) you got a T-shirt..

Let me know if you would like more immages.

He will surely be missed here at the KB7UXE compound.
Dan.
