I met Harold while studying for my Extra Class license. Harold and I used to talk about what it was like being a Marine, Ham Radio and just about everything else. Harold was a founding member of the Michigan Amateur Radio Alliance and really enjoyed talking on HF with his buddies out west. He always brough a bright and cheerful attitude to everything he did. I'll always remember that big wide smile and chuckle Harold had. I'll miss him a lot. He served in the Marine Corps, he was a life member of Sparta Masonic
Lodge, Lisbon Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Saladin Temple Shriners, Michigan
Amateur Radio Alliance, West Michigan Theater Organ Club, and a Member of
the Newaygo V.F.W. He was preceded in death by his wife's, Beatrice and
Evelyn. He is survived by his wife, Anna W.; his children, Jerry F. and G. Deloris and many other family members.
Harold was a young 93.
God Bless you Harold and your family.
