The act of creating a memorial for one who has passed away is an act of spirituality. A memorial tells the world that this person may be gone but his or her spirit lives on. A memorial makes a statement that this individual will forever be tied together in the circle of life. A memorial is a statement that this person's life mattered and continues to matter. The acts of goodness and courage will never be forgotten. A memorial is a way to remember a loved one forever. So in honor of my never forgotten friend Luis Jaquez I am doing this.

Luis, K4BK (former N4LGG) became a Silent Key on July 26th 2010.

Borned and raised by an honest decent family of many brothers and sisters since he was a child showed his sweet heart always willing to help others.

Been an adult and after emigrated to the states,he graduated with high honors at the University of Jacksonville,FL as electric engineer.

He was a brilliant enginner who always was able to find out the solution for any kind of problem he had to deal with no matter of difficult was.He worked for Florida Power and Light for many years then he jumped to the County of Palm beach to work as power generators main engineer where he left a very good impression of his great skills. There was not a project he started that he was not able to end succesfully.

He was one of the two best friend I have had in my life.Always happy and willing to help anybody with his love and patience.Very skilled ham in electronics and communications.

We the Palm beach community of hams will miss you my friend.

We are sure The Lord will have you in HIS angels army.

Goodbyes are often hard to say, they hurt so very much.
Though you're not gone. You will still remain,
in the minds, hearts, and lives you've touched.

Good bye my brother Luis.I will miss you forever.
