Omri Serlin AA6TA/4X1TA was the founder of the
Transaction Processing Performance Council (TPC)
which was the first body of the computer industry to
set standards in the world of transaction processing
performance measurement.
Until around 2009, Omri, AA6TA was an active
member of various Silicon Valley radio clubs and his
witty conversations could often be heard on various
local repeaters. After retirement he moved back to his
home country Israel, where he held 4X1TA - but was
probably not very active.
