Reviews Summary for Buckmaster Line-Grip
Buckmaster Line-Grip Reviews: 2 Average rating: 5.0/5 MSRP: $7.00
Description: Line-Grip™ makes erecting antenna masts a breeze. In many cases it
reduces the number of people required, reduces the time for raising a mast
and can increase safety. It definitely makes things easier! Field day may
never be the same.

To errect a mast with three sets of guy lines (3 lines per set) we
recommend using nine Line-Grips™. Properly configured and using a
pivoting ginpole at the base, one or two persons can easily raise a 30 to 40
foot aluminum antenna mast. It is easy to practice and preset the Line-
Grip™ to estimated positions on the guy lines.
Product is in production.

Quick adjustments  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Even though we know knots in the Boy Scouts, using the Line-Grips makes setting up the 37' mast as simple as it can be. We use 4 guys at 3 heights which made me shy at the initial investment but after setting the mast up at two campouts (plan to set up the station on almost all campouts) I am ready to get a second set for the shack at home and maybe a few more for the portable VHF/UHF mast. I use a few inches of soft copper tubing inserted into the Line-Grip and then feed the 3/16" dacron line inside a bit. Then I push/pull the tubing through the tight ball bearings and then pull the rope through.

Perfect product for Masts  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
What a simple, but one handy product to have, Esepcially for errecting a mast..When tighting up the guy wire, is so simple, especially considering the alternative, which is using clamps with nuts.

With this handy product, one can easliy errect by yourself..
