Good analog scanner  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I have the BC125AT. Nice scanner with good audio. Uniden Software is a bear to get to load but it finally did. Cable driver was the problem. After may, many tries, it finally loaded on my laptop. Still learning the functions. Only reason for the 4 rating is the software issues I had. With the help of folks on Radio reference, we were able to get it going.

Early days but seems like a good product. Reason for the post is a word of warning. In The US this is sold as the BC125AT, in the EU it's the BC125XLT. Sold with programming cable and stated that the software is available as a free download THIS IS NOT THE CASE IN EU. The drivers and software for the AT will NOT work with the XLT. You can download the driver for free from but the only software available at present is the ARC125 which will cost you 18.95. There are many posts from EU users on various forums stating that the driver won't install, this is because the XLT/AT drivers are different.
