Very Nice Quality  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
I purchased Davis RF RG-8XIIA winter 2016 for a short 40' run for my new FT-991 and Diamond 2M Antenna my wife gave me for Christmas.
I have been interested in radio since the mid 1970's and first licensed in 1984, so I have seen quite a bit of coax over the years.
I was impressed with the quality, and it worked great for my purposes. Unfortunately it was a couple foot short of where I wanted to put my rig, so this summer I replaced it with an off-brand RG-8X Low Loss with foil shield, that should have performed better, if not at least equal to my Davis RF RG-8XIIA
Even though the difference was just a couple foot, the performance degradation, although slight, was immediately noticeable.
In the future I will stick with a Quality Product like Davis RF
P.S. Their Customer Service is Exceptional Too!
