Junk  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
The problem is that there is no physical connection between the strain relief collar that is soldered to the coaxial braid and the body of the so-239. The braid is soldered to the collar and a flat round piece of circuit board material in the base of the connector with a hole in the middle. This round plate has no connection to the inside walls of the mount and the strain relief barrel just sits in the body of the so-239 mount with no apparent physical connection. It may be pressure fitted but it is light if so. So it makes intermittent contact. In my case, moisture and a few months of use were all it took.
