HARD TO FIND !  Time owned: more than 12 months
But if you do buy it. RF Concepts makes a great amp I own one of these for uhf work on ssb. 35 watts in will get you 120 watts out. It also has a great gasfet preamp in it.

Great amp!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I have owned this amplifier for about 2 months now. We've used it everyday for weak signal work or its been used to work repeaters. No problems at all with this amp. Built very strong. Does get very warm when used for a while but any amplifier will especially at this frequency. Draws about 20 amps. The pre-amp works great and so does the SWR protection. This amplifier will work with a 200mw to 40 watt maximum input. The amplifier actually does alittle over 100 watts. We have been reported to have gained 2 full S units with this amplifier at 100 watts thus compared to the 30 watts from the radio alone. Definitely worth the investment! Have been told that the ATV modification for a better color picture is rather easy for this amp. This is definitely a keeper! Remember to use very low loss cable (Belden 9913F7, LMR-400, CQ 4XL Flexi....etc...) with properly terminated N-connectors and pair it up with its 2M version (looks great side-by-side) and you'll have a winning system!
