Another Marshall winner, the MXL 2003  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
See my review on the Marshall MXL V67. I did an "on air" test between the Marshall's and my Heil Goldline PRO. The Goldline Pro is now up for sale. It's nothing more than a glorified PA mic. Certainly not of studio quality as I have found out. And "YOU", "the ham radio operators of the airways" decided this, in the test. Not me. Thanks to the participants, of the test. It was open to all. It was also a blind test. Also the Marshall V67 at $84 was the cheapest too. On a scale of 1 to 10, (10 being the best), the V67 was a 10. The MXL 2003 was a very close 9.5. The MXL 2003 cost $149, at Sam Ash, and comes w/a shockmount.
