POOR QUALITY JUMPER CABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE!  Time owned: more than 12 months
This is an 8X jumper cable that is often purchased by hams to wind a 1/1 balun for dipoles, like I did. Although it may be OK for indoor use, the quality of the outer covering and cable rigidity is poor for outdoor use. In the Florida summer heat, this stuff is as limp as a wet noodle and will make 45 degree angles any place it is secured. Not for good for line impedance! Even Radio Shack jumpers had better quality cable than this stuff. I will give it a "2" because the contacts have been good for a year and I do like the end construction, even if it is "melting." I am going to swap it out for a MFJ isolator balun.
