not a bad piece of wire Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
after reading the comments on here, i must say that for my lot with the antenna only being about 30 feet up off the ground, it does remarkebly well..

tuned the 20 and 40 elements for where I want it, and use the tuner for the band segments i dont. 10m easiest to tune.

one thing i would suggest is definately take the surgpe thingy out of the housing, i couldnt get it to tune up properly here and im not that well up on the reasons why, but my mfj versatuner 2 handlles it very well with ease.

havent worked out if i can get on some of the warc bands with it, but then it's not designed for those.

overall a pretty good antenna, but cheaper to build your own.

Should include a fire extinguisher! Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
First off, let me say if you run 500 watts or less the antenna works great! Good performance for a shortened dipole.

The web site states "will tolerate legal limit". What is the definition of tolerate? I run legal limit on sideband and around 300 watts carrier on AM and digital modes.

I've burned up the original straight end insulators when it rained out and RF arc'ed across. Alpha Delta replaced then with the new designed plastic end insulators and again, the end insulator burned almost all the way through.

Ordered new coils, wire for ends, and ceramic insulators. Now burned up one coil last weekend. Looks like the PVC form expanded then contracted. Enamel wire windings were loose.

As I stated, this is a fine antenna for 500 watts of less but stay away if you run legal limit!

Well constructed half wave multi-band dipole Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have placed this antenna in my attic which is about one foot longer than the 80 meter wires on this antenna. It is fed with low loss coax to my operating position. With an internal tuner the SWR on most frequencies of the bands are more than acceptable. It works as advertised from 80 meters to 10 and even does a respectable job on 6 meters with a tuner. I have been able to work the southern hemisphere, western Europe and Asia from my QTH in western Pennsylvania. What most impresses me about this antenna is the sturdiness of the construction and materials.

Ok...needs modification Time Owned: more than 12 months.
The Alpha Delta DX-CC has been in operation for the past two years. I have worked dx mainly on 40 & 20 meters. It accepts the 500 watts we are allowed to use. If you hear it you can work it, how-ever it is a balancing act trying to tune 20 & 10 meters as the interaction is high. The manufacturer could have minimise this by usin a wider distance between the elements. The static dissapator has also been problematic and has had to be removed for satisfactory SWR reading. The quality wire used is very good and weathers the Caribbean sun and salt atmosphere very well.

REVISED Review Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I previously posted that the DXCC wouldn't work tune the entire 80m band. I am now able to tune thanks to Alpha Delta's sticking with it and telling me to remove the SEP from the center insulator.

OUTSTANDING Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I've had my DX-CC antenna about a month. Took about and hour to "put it together". I installed it up about 30 feet in a tree. The ends are about 10 feet above ground. I've made some DX contacts on the antenna and have made many 40 and 75 meter contacts. It did perform well until the SEP protector shorted out. I removed it and was back in operation. I have had plenty of dipoles and other OSF dipoles and this one is a keeper. Quality made and built for the long haul. I'll make another review in a year.

Good for an ALL bander. Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I have had the Alpha-Delta DX-CC Plus loaded dipole for about six months. It is a good all-bander, but will not out-do a four-element Yagi.

I have made DX contacts to Mexico and the United Kindom, so far. I live in northeast Ohio. For $157, it is a good antenna.

Excellent wire antenna Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I ran mine layed over the peak of my two story house and it worked excellent and is fairly wide banded. It took a hit from a lightning strike and I replaced it with an off center fed dipole, which doesn't work quite as well, but is more stealthy. I'd buy another DX-CC in a heartbeat.

Darn good performance! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I took down my GAP Titan as a result of not being happy with its ability to pull in DX stations. Due to limited backyard space, I opted to buy a DX-CC. The center is at 40' on a guyed military surplus fiberglass pole. Each end is raised to 15' on the aforementioned surplus poles secured to the yard's stockade fence. I have been very pleased with this antenna's performance. Yesterday afternoon, on 20 meters, I worked a station in the Canary Islands and heard another from Russia. 75 meters did require some tweaking to get the antenna's sweet spot into the General Class frequencies. Raising the ends also helped with SWR. I can heartily recommend this antenna to anyone who has limited space.

Great performer Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This antenna is great especially if you live on a small property and just want to get on the air economically.I have mine up 30 feet between 2-30ft towers 50ft apart with the remainder of the antenna running at 90 degrees back to the house.I only use 100w here with the Yaesu FT1000MP MKV Field .I have worked stsations like PJ6/N4HH on Saba Island and V31ME in Belize. It is also great as a field day antenna as you can put it up in less than 30 minutes .
