Takes Customer Service to a new high!			Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Well, unlike most (if not all) of the previous reviews, my order had a small problem....I ended up with someone elses cards. With that said, what makes me rate Jeff as a "5" is that he went WAY out of his way to make it right. Once he realized the error, he had my cards reprinted and they were here within a few days. As with the other reviewers, I am extremely pleased with his artistic approach to the card, making it a unique QSL. The quality is 2nd to none, the customer service is the best, and as long as he keeps his costs in line, I've found my QSL card printer. I highly recommend that you give him a try. Thanks again Jeff!

Just got my cards. Great price and great quality. I will definitely be back once I use the 1000 cards I just received. He was very informative and very quick response on any email correspondence. would highly recommend if you are needing QSL cards.

Great Cards, Great Price			Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Our club participated in the INPOTA event a week or so ago (Indiana Parks on the Air). As an incentive to work us we designed a special QSL card with the call N9D for Indiana Dunes. Sent the artwork in, got the proof in a day and the cards a couple of days later. What is not to like?? Great quality heavy cardstock. Now I have to design one for me!!

What can I add to what others have already said? I emailed Jeff with an order and he responded within a couple of hours. After exchanging a few emails to set up the details, the cards went to print and were at my door in less than a week. Great cards, great price, great service. After a really bad experience with one of the long established QSL printers (I will publish this when the ordeal is over), I decided to not wait for a reprint of what appeared to be a very poor quality QSL and try somebody else. K4JSG advertised with using a real high quality and heavy paper stock which was one of the major disappointments I had before. So I decided to give it a try and also, I always wanted to have a full color QSL as well. The service I got from Jeff was outstanding. He responded immediately and we emailed back and forth until the design was just as I wanted it. His creative ideas are amazing and the first draft he sent was already close to the final design, so it didn't take more than a day of emailing until I was happy and gave the GO for the print. Turnaround time for printing and shipping was top of the line and the quality of the cards is simply amazing! Great paper stock, flawless print, precise cut, beautiful finish, perfect colors. And I'm not giving compliments very easily!! Considering that he charges half of what other domestic card printers are asking for a full color QSL, you simply cannot go wrong with Jeff's cards!

A 5 rating is not high enough. The cards are excellent. Very High Quality prints. The service from start to finish is only the best. I will always just K4JSG for ALL of my custom QSL card needs! Oh and the price is not too shabby at all. Not to mention very fast service as well.... So basically you cant go wrong here.

Went to the Louisville Kentucky Hamfest today and entered my qsl Jeff printed for me in the best QSL contest. Here's the QUOTE from their web page! I had neat image so I sent it to Jeff...Paid for 1000 Cards and waited to see what he thought about the image....I got a complete QSL card image emailed back to me in almost no time. I was speechless! Jeff is a real artist! After a few fine tune emails I told him print it! Jeff asked questions...not me! He wanted to make sure the card was as perfect as possible and gave me some choices...He made the card even better! From the time I paid to the time I got my thousand cards was 4 days! The cards are perfect on a very heavy stock. The front is super glossy and the back flat and easy to write qsl info on. Will be ordering some 3.5 by 5" cards in a few weeks and I wouldnt even consider looking at another printer. You cant get better than this!

Jeff, Great job on the cards. Fast delivery and Fantastic quality. Just what I ordered. I have had a lot of comments on my card and I mailed out 110 the other day. The eyeball cards are just as good a quality and I have been handing them out also. W5FRT
