Massive RFI Problem Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
It works but there is a massive RFI Problem. On 80m there is NO RFI Problem at all but when I try on 40m, there is a BUZZING. A Ferrite Core on the XLR Cable between the PS400 and the W2IHY 8-Band Equalizer maybe can solve the Problem, I havent tried that yet. I use the PS400 with a W2IHY 8-Band Equalizer, W2IHY recomended to me another Mic Powersupply that is resistant against RFI, a Nady SMPS-1x. That means it doesnt mean anything that the Behringer Devices are made for Musicians, not Amateurradio, because Nady makes a RFI Resistant Mic Powersupply for Musicians too, so Behringer should be able to do the same. I wouldnt buy the PS400 again, except Behringer solves the RFI Liability, to bad Nady doesnt sell over here in DL.

What I like is, there are no tuning knobs on the PS400, to much Knobs mean to much to adjust, that can be anoying over a time period. Sometimes less is more.
