Seamless with Logging Programs Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I installed TQSL for the first time when I started using logging software. As many have said here, just follow the instructions.

You'll create a user name and password for TQSL, and you can easily "register" different station locations, say your favorite POTA park. Then, in my logging software, I enter my TQSL username and password, and select the location I'm working from. I log my QSOs as I complete them.

Before I shut down for the day, I tell my logging program to upload to LOTW all the QSOs that haven't been uploaded yet. Click. Click. Done.

Easy to install and use Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I had been off the air for several years, and my previous certificate was long expired and my computer replaced, I downloaded and installed the Mac version of tqsl, and submitted the request for a new cert. Within a day or so I received the new certificate in the email, added it to tqsl, and the program worked as it is supposed to. Seemed much easier than I remembered it being the first time.

100% happy with LoTW and TQSL after well over a decade Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been using LoTW for well over a decade, using the one and only logger that I'll ever use: CQRlog. The integration with LoTW has been flawless, allowing 'one click' uploading to both LoTW and eQSL.
I have experienced zero problems with LoTW, after multiple moves necessitating the creation of a new station location in my TQSL client in Mint Linux.
Is the setup process crazy secure? Yes. Too secure? In my opinion, yes. It's more secure than any bank I've ever used. But it is complicated? No. Like anything in life- one needs to do their reading, research, etc. I can't imagine any licensed amateur radio op complaining that this is so complicated that they couldn't get it working. If LoTW or TQSL are too complicated.. one probably shouldn't be a ham. My opinion of course- since I said it.

Working great NOT I Was WRONG Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Additional review. If you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY, you will get the results you want. It took me awhile to figure it out with sporadic attempts. I finally did my reading and it works great now for the next three years when I will hopefully not make the same mistakes that I did this time around.

I thought it was working, did what they wanted to update. It isn’t working. This is a great service when it works.

I have been using LOTW for many years now, renewing is easy. Just READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. This is a great service offered by the ARRL.

I have to admit, LoTW started out being difficult to get to work, but logging programs have come up to speed and it is a piece of cake. I use MLDX, log a QSO, it is immediately sent off to LoTW, I am sure other logging programs do the same. Could not be happier

Updates with bugs Time Owned: more than 12 months.
After upgrading to V2.5.5 I stopped automatically signing the log from my logging program Ham Radio Deluxe. Now I have to manually create adif files and send to LoTW.

Slick, Fast, and easy Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Very easy to use and renew when the time comes. Just follow the well written instructions. It has become faster and more reliable thru the years, and this last update is notably faster to upload, typically about 2 seconds. If anyone is having trouble, just give me a call and I would be happy to assist them. 73 James K0UA

Not fun to renew. Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I dred having to renew my TQSL certificate. I have renewed at least 3or4 times. I always end up calling on the phone to get help as the notes I took the last time no longer work. It seems as though as they try to make the process easier it gets more complicated.

ARRL TQCert Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Gee, i dunno. I have been using the software and have "renewed" the TQSL cert.

EZ Peasy, just learn to follow written instructions.

I am no a big ARRL supporter, in fact , many of the arrl ideas are not my favorites, but,................ this software is one of the best things they have done for "Joe average Amateur".

Not At All User Friendly and Support is Poor Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I got a notification that my certificate will expire in a few days and the button to renew is grayed out. I have forgotten my password so I requested a new temporary password. This took several days.

After resetting the password and logging in. My existing certificate has a clock icon and the properties say "waiting on ARRL" this is not enough information to troubleshoot the problem or to know what to do next.

I consider myself to be very computer literate, but it is amazing how complicated it is just to get a valid certificate. If the certificate process is this convoluted, I can only imagine how complicated it is to make a log entry.

I have been an ARRL member for years and they generally have reasonably good products and services, but this is not one of them.

It does what I want Time Owned: more than 12 months.
For me, as a non-native speaker, I have some hard time understanding comments how difficult is the whole procedure of getting LoTW working. I just followed the instructions, all done in a short time and "voilà", here they come new confirmations for which I was somehow reluctant to send direct QSLs but were needed anyway. When done, pending on your logging program, usually it takes just a press of ONE button to upload your QSOs. LoTW saved me a lot of money and time. It is a pleasure to watch my progress towards the next DXCC Challenge bar (currently I am going towards 2000 DXCCs confirmed). I have also stats on how many new DXCC/BAND confirmations I got via LoTW only (thus no direct QSLs needed): 482 so far! Now turn this figure into usual letter envelops, paper QSL cards writing, green stamps, postal costs, ... and do the math.
