Don't buy it Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Wind speed didn't work upon arrival. Read instructions and did reset per owner's manual. Wind speed no work. Went to Lacrosse website which had alot of info and followed their instructions for reset. Wind speed no work. Contacted Lacrosse by e-mail and after two days got return e-mail which told me to reset the unit. Wind speed still no work. After numerous e-mails with Lacrosse was instructed to send unit back (UPS cost $10). Got unit back after 10 days advising me unit was tested and everything was fine. Hooked up unit per their instructions. Wind speed still no work. Poor $150 spent. Will send it back again and review again if I get it fixed. Don't buy this unit, it is also out of production.

save your money Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
the concept is nice, wireless rain wind speed/direction/temp photo viewer function.
The sensors are the issue. I a on my second complete station and third outdoor wind/temp sensor.
The first the wind speed and direction quit working. The second the rain gauge stopped. Now the outdoor temp varies wildly and is very incorrect. The wind direction and speed have stopped functioning again

The base randomly stops communicating with the remotes, and I have to do a scan to re-establish communications.

I should have just bit the bullet and purchased the Davis wx station, more expensive but more reliable.

Avoid this one unless you want to dump $150 down the drain.
