Worth the Investment Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Yes, while a pair of these are pricey, I believe in the long run they are worth it for a SO2R situation. I want my receivers protected, period. These units are masterfully done aesthetically and fulfill their electrical specifications. These work seamlessly with the Array Solutions 8-Pak as well, which sweetens the deal further in my mind.

Well Done Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I have been using my Hamation AS-419 BandPasser for six month now and
fully satisfied. I decided to buy it when I saw the review
in QST June 2013. Accidently I broke my AS-419. As suggested from
Array Solutions I sent it for repair to Larry K7MI at Hamation.
Perfect repair and fast service with explaination of the problem.
I am entirely satisfied and recommend this filter for your SO2R
station or use in multi or FD.

Good filter, but not cheap Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I purchased this for a SO2R station. I will eventually end up with a total of 2 of these plus at least one of the WARC version of the same filter.

QST has also reviewed these (June 2013). I used this on my station during field day 2013 in a 4A station.

This filter was a terrific addition to the field day station and work terrific in the SO2R home station I am assembling.

While not particularly inexpensive, they do what they say they will and do it well. If you can afford them, I wholly recommend this bandpass filter for your station
