Your wish has been granted Time Owned: more than 12 months.
73 lost its edge years ago and now Wayne Green has annouced that the magazine is out of business. The September issue was the last and he is folding up. It is sad to see but really the magazine was washed up a long time ago.

Time to hang it up Time Owned: N.A.
This once was a magazine with some reasonably interesting tech material, many potential projects and fairly good editing. Now, a shell of itself, I regretted even trying a one-year sub. The last few issues I disposed of prior to leaving the post office.

The moon landing is a hoax! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
NSD's editorials are great for the yuk-yuk factor. I'd buy 73 _without_ the ham radio stuff. Wayne's editorials rule!

73!

P.U. it stinks! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This publication is simply a vehicle to portray a political agenda. Puff the Magic Dragon comes to mind for some reason when I read it.I tried it for one subscription and each issue nauseated me with its common theme rederick. I suspect this mag will end up like Ham Radio Magazine did years ago. If the magazine stayed 100% on Amateur Radio I would have a different opinion.Tootles and 73's....

Extreme waste of paper Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I have just been reading the september 2003 issue.
It's just worth nothing!! Very little articles of interest for radio-amateurs and I just get crazy by having to change from page 1 to page 6 or page 7 to page 58 to read just one small article. Why are they doing so difficult.
This magazine is worth less than nothing.
0/5 is way too much for this waste of paper and ink. -5/5 is a lot better score.
Save your money and buy a descent magazine.

Best 73 de ON4MGY Nic

It's too bad it's that bad Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Have read many ham magazines, QST, CQ, HAM RADIO, 73's
HAM RADIO disappeared, was a very good magazine.
had a subscription to 73 for years, suddenly one month was missed, and reason was not enough articles to fill magazine. ok, can go with that, but when some months, the picturesincluded with some of the articles, looked like they were from an old gestetner printer, some u could not even see.let subscription expire, and only looked at magazine at bookshelf in radio shop.radio store suddenly could not get any copies. you can't read it if you have no access to it.i didn't even know it was still being published. go to web site. nothing there about subscriptions.

What do you expect for $10?? Time Owned: more than 12 months.
First subscribed to 73 in 1978. Was a huge magazine with great construction articles. Now it is thinner than World Radio and a lot less info. If I hadn't gotten the sub so cheap of eBay I wouldn't have bothered. Not much in the mag these days but it does go well in the bird cage...

Entertaining & Informative Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Wayne's editorials certainly make one think, which is a refreshing departure from most reading material these days. Good technical content.
