Shipping not so great Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Had QSL designed quickly - good communications - paid on July 23. Was told all QSL's ship via Poland due to the war so no issue there. Inquired about QSLs on 8/15 regarding status, was told about postal issues and the cards were in Poland, the Polish mail shows the QSLs were not received until 8/24. They still have not shown up in the US Postal System. Poland tracking sites states expected arrival to be mid September.

I'm sure the QSLs will be fine - but just a heads-up on the shipping - I have not seen the quick turn-around as others have detailed.

Used UX5UO twice, and will use again! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Gennady does a great job in designing QSL cards and the prints are excellent. I first used his print service over a decade ago when I got my general license and had excellent results. When I upgraded to extra and was at a new QTH, I became much more active on HF and needed new cards. Gennady turned around my order really quickly. The quality is great and the service is personalized. You just can't beat the price.

***28 June 2023 Update*** I'm still ordering from Gennady and still seeing them arrive very quickly and of the highest quality!

Received two different orders of QSL's I had Gennady work up a design on. Super fast delivery (about two weeks to the USA) once again. There is no need to look anywhere else for your QSL cards. Gennady's prompt service and excellent value are tough to beat.

Outstanding QSL printing service from UX5UO ! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Recently I had the opportunity to operate as AB2E/VP9 for the WPX CW contest in May. Since Gennady UX5UO made QSLs for my earlier dxpeditions, I ordered 1000 cards in early June. In only two days, Gennady had a beautiful customized front/back full color proof to consider. His artwork and design is top notch, and you won't be disappointed. Post from the Ukraine only took about 3 weeks - and it was worth the wait. The cards were received in perfect order today. Thanks Gennady!

Once again I have had the privilege of ordering a 1000 card batch of QSL cards from UX5UO. It is such an easy process to order from Gennady. This is only my third order in 12 years as I don't go through 1000 cards as quickly as I did when there was no LoTW. This order arrived in only 3 weeks in excellent packaging. Gennady is a master craftsman and it is a thrill every time I open up a package of new QSLs.

Take my advice and order your next batch of QSLs from UX5UO.

I just received my first batch of QSLs from UX5UO Print and they are perfect and beautiful. The entire process was extremely easy. Go to the web site and first pick out the base type. I chose the Luxury card which has a full color glossy front and a grayscale back. Only $76.00 for 1000 cards and that includes shipping to the USA.

I really didn’t know what I wanted so I browsed Gennady’s many samples which helped me decide exactly what I wanted. A few brief e-mails back and forth led to Gennady creating some proofs and then a final design. I wanted a nature theme and Gennady found exactly what I wanted in a stock photo he had access to. So don’t be afraid to just describe your idea and let Gennady do the work.

Ordering is also very easy. Choose one of the US sales representatives from the list on the web site. I chose Jim, W8ASH and he too was extremely helpful. Send him your payment via PayPal or check and your order is placed. Gennady then sent a final proof via e-mail for my approval. The mailman delivered the box of cards to my door 29 days later.

I highly recommend UX5UO Print to anybody looking for beautiful custom designed QSLs.

Once again Gennady comes through. With my new card design he has a 6th sense about how it should look. I sent him my idea and before I knew it he'd replied with an improved and optimal design. Three weeks later (not bad given the war in Ukraine) the boxes arrive at my door. If I could give him a 6th star I would. Thanks Gennady!

Gennady comes through again. After moving to Tennessee I needed new cards so I didn't hesitate to return to UX5UO Print. I uploaded my front/back concepts, Gennady quickly emailed back his improvements for my approval. before I knew it the box was at my door. Perfect!

Gennady is great. I uploaded my image and info and the card proofs he quickly emailed back were improved even from what I had asked for. He chose colors for me that were better than what I had requested. He definitely has a talent for the graphic arts. He even pulled data and graphics from my QRZ.COM page to enhance the card back. Highly recommended.

Great QSL Service Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I recently ordered personal QSL cards from Gennady, UX5UO, in Ukraine. They were very reasonably price and the quality was outstanding. The time from when I ordered them until I received them was about 3 weeks. Considering that there is a war raging in Ukraine and the mail delays, that was very, very prompt delivery. I have previously ordered QSL cards for clubs from UX5UO twice, and had the same great service. I urge other hams to use Gennady's service now to support him and his family.

I've ordered QSL cards from Gennady several times and always found them to be perfect. He works with you on-line with the design until you get exactly what you want. A few weeks after he prints the cards they will arrive well packaged in the mail. Gennady has printed QSL cards for me several times over the years and every time I have been pleased with the results. You can't beat the price too.

Good to see Gennady doing well in Kyiv. I have been impressed by QSLs from other hams he's printed so gave him an order and was not disappointed. He was very helpful with a couple of changes I requested, responses were quick, and the process was trouble-free. The longest part of the job was shipping to the US and the cards arrived in good shape. Print and paper quality is top-notch. I will be ordering from UX5UO Print again.
