design problem			Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
been using this product for a few month and it does work for using one microphone for two radios. If you try to use the front two 3.5 mm jacks (Headphones) and ( mic input),these are recessed to far behind panel which causes intermitting connections. The quarter inch jacks works ok when hooking up your radios (rec audio) using the ext speaker jacks, naturely the speaker in radio are cut off, but unless your using the headphone jack you can't hear anything. So when your done with the headphones, You have to unplug the ext speaker plug on back of radio to hear thru speakers again. The only thing this is good for is using the one mic for two radios Save your money until they redesign it.
