Interesting, but basic format. Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This magazine comes with my membership subscription to the Wireless Institute of Australia. It is also available on some news stands at the moment. On the plus side the magazine is all amateur radio content and the articles cover a wide range of subjects. On the negative side the magazine is printed on cheap, old fashioned non glossy paper which means no inside colour in the magazine. Regular construction articles is a plus, but little on new commercial gear is a minus. Given the financial restraints of producing a low volume magazine within a budget I believe they do a good job.

An essential Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Publishes excellent constructional articles and columns on a wide range of amateur radio interests. Few advertisements and photos mean that AR's 56 pages contain more than some of the glossy Yank mags.
