EXCELLENT ANTENNA Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
EXCELLENT ANTENNA...PACKS A PUNCH FOR BEING A SMALL ANTENNA...DEFINITELY DIRECTIONAL AND CAN BE MOUNTED ON A LIGHT WEIGHT ROTATOR. SUPER LITE AND EASY TO PUT TOGETHER//I A, GLAD I MADE THE PURCHASE..HAVE WORKED ALL CONTINENTS ON PHONE AND CW. ALSO VERY DURABLE IN BAD WEATHER

Awesome! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
For my first dipole mainly for QRP purposes, I went to the Moseley 31-A. The construction was effortless and the instructions easy to follow (Moseley stressed what not to do on multiple pages). It took two of us minutes to put a 30 ft antenna mast up and secure with the dipole on top. Little tuning was necessary. After two weekend nights of 60 to 70 mile per hour winds and thunder storms - breaking trees throughout the area, the little Moseley still flies high. I now look forward to air time.

Excellent for the price Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Having used fixed wire dipoles for 10m and 12m for many years I invested in a Mosely Mini 31-A rotatable dipole in the hope of gaining some directivity.

Simplicity itself to assemble, so light that a TV rotator will do easily do the job and did not take much adjustment to get a decent SWR mounted at 35 feet.

15m and 10m were easily adjusted to give and almost 1:1 SWR in the CW section of the band, 20m is a little high at 1.5:1 at 14005 but I'll live with that as its easily tweaked with either an internal or external ATU.

Good directivity too and big improvement over my static dipoles.

So far so good - lets see how it survives the winter!
