Works fine ... with a tuner Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Limited space so I liked the idea of this compromise antenna (better than an inside one). No real information on-line but the supplied datasheet does state that it might require a tuner on some frequencies. So to play it safe I installed a spare LDG RT100M tuner at the feed point. Antenna does get me on the air and I use efficient data modes at around the 40W power level. I am happy with this antenna.

I do recommend that RadioWavz provide more information on their site as there is no warning about the need for a tuner. They state "broadband" which can be frustrating unless like me, you had a tuner lying a round.

This information only appears on the document that comes with the antenna, but nothing on-line. That document is also confusing as they add another sheet with the same P/N-Name BUT without the broadband note. That sheet is for their mono band antennas which has almost the same P/N-Name. As it's bundled I was concerned when I read that one first as I thought they shipped the wrong antenna.

Unusable on Low Bands Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Installed between to trees 62' apart and grounded the fed end. Measured the SWR finding it greater than 1:9.9 on 160 and 80 meters. 40 meters is 1:3.0 then 20 meters and above is less than 1:2.0. Since the antenna was purchased primarily for lower bands, I contacted Radiowavz and returned the antenna. They sent me their Pathfinder Ranger and explained that they were sending me a longer antenna. I explained that I don't have the space for a much longer antenna and found that the antenna is over 74 feet long. Raised it up anyway and let the unfed end hang down but finding similar SWR issues on the low bands. Will contact Radiowavz soon for their recommendations and will try what I can in limited area.
