Works as Advertised Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Using the duplexer with my Elk Antenna for FM satellites. I have made many contacts and like the fact that I can hear myself in the downlink. A Youtube video demonstrates the performance of the unit. I have not tried it a higher power, but it seems very well made and shielded.

Quite Good except 220 MHz Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I needed a way to separate my 70cm and 2m antennas on my ICOM IC-706MK2G mobile. The price was attractive and the manufacturers specs looked good.
The unit is in a VERY heavy die cast enclosure, with a heavy sheet metal bottom cover and rubber feet if you want to put the unit on your desktop.
I was really surprised at the quality of the enclosure and the clean soldering on the internal PC Board.
The unit, as advertised, is not for outdoor use which is fine as it will be inside my vehicle in a dry protected area.
The manufacturer claims 0.2 dB insertion loss.
There are three ports, one input/output as well as a port labeled 1.3-225 MHz and one labeled 350-540 Mhz.
So far so good. I then attached the unit to my Hewlett Packard 8594E Spectrum Analyzer with tracking generator to check the insertion loss and cutoff points.
On 2 meters the unit is excellent with 0.2 dB insertion loss across the band.
Also on 70 cm the unit is Very good with roughly 0.3 dB insertion loss across the band.
HOWEVER if you are planning to use it on 220 this unit is not the one to use.
Here is where the 4 out of 5 comes from.
At 219 MHz insertion loss is 4 dB
At 220 MHz insertion loss is 5 dB
At 222 MHz insertion loss is 6 dB
At 225 MHz insertion loss is 8.5 dB
To me, this is by far too much loss to be considered useable on the 220 band.
I am more than pleased with the performance on 2 meters and 70 cm.
Since the ICOM does not cover 220 the unit fits my needs.
