Really Good For Its Price Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
If you need an accurate and versatile LCR meter and don't want to spend more than $125, this is the meter you should buy. It has a 20,000 count primary display, which allows for plenty of precision and it is set up for 4-wire measurement leads. It also offers testing at 5 frequencies: 100Hz, 120Hz, 1KHz, 10KHz, and 100Kz, which makes this meter very useful for checking components used in RF and switching circuits. The meter (from Amazon) comes with a very handy 4-wire SMD "tweezer" test lead set (TL-22).

My only criticism is that the alligator clip test lead set (TL-21) is very short and cumbersome to use. This can be remedied by rewiring the TL-21 box with longer Kelvin 4-wire test clips. The meter has an easy lead calibration function that allows you to use the meter with the longer 4-wire clips without loss of accuracy.

Excellent tool Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Hi. This hand held meter by IET Labs can replace several tools on your test bench. I have an LCR Bridge which is traceable to NIST standards, but it isn't very user friendly. I also have several ESR meters, a Q meter, etc.
This one unit can measure about every component value you can imagine.
Rather than list all the feature/functions here, I suggest you can go to Amazon where there a lot of reviews or just Google the title and you can download the User's Manual.

The ONLY thing lacking is a hard plastic carrying case.... The MFG can't supply one.
