Pretty good but a few issues. Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I've owned it for a while now. A few criticisms listed as follows:

* thermal stability over a 30 second transmission isn't quite good enough for WSPR on 144MHz.

* The preamp control output wasn't able to source sufficient current to switch my tower mounted preamp, which consists of 2x CX600N relays and a pHEMPT preamp module.

* The tx delay time was insufficient to avoid destroying the preamp fet, so I needed to build a complete sequencer with sufficient delay times.

First Class Transverter Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
The TR-144 Pro is a 2M transverter> I use it with an Icom 756 Pro3 set for 28 mhz IF. The Transverter is sofware programmable. Some things that can be programmed are: The antenna (single or separate TX/RX...IF output single or separate TX/RX. The sequencer timing is programmable. It puts out 25 watts RF output. It has a very hot receiver with a NF of around 1.3 db.. I also use a 10 mhz GPSDO reference with the transceiver--better than rock solid. It has been working great on JT65B 2M EME. No problems at all.
