Excellent Audio Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Just installed the Phonema Miranda on my Apache Labs ANAN G2. The audio is wonderful on SSB. The rear speaker wire attachment is now a 3.5mm TS (tip shaft) female plug. Phonema ships an aprox 3 foot 3.5mm cable and splitter plug (for Stereo). I do not know when Phonema changed from the black & red spring clamp rear connection to the 3.5mm jack. I think I would have preferred the spring clamp interface. Also the hight adjustment is two extendable rubber feet vs the picture of the wire bale. None the less, this is a very nice and rich sounding speaker. And it fits well in the shack. Art W1SWL

Great audio Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
I purchased the Miranda new when I bought my new station with a Kenwood TS-590SG. Looks good and sound is excellent, you won't be sorry to have this fine speaker in your shack.

Excellent Audio, Beautiful Speaker Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
The Miranda is an excellent communications speaker. It matches my Kenwood TS-590SG beautifully and sounds great on CW/SSB and even AM Broadcast reception. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Significant improvement over IC 7300 speaker Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Well made and nice looking in the shack. The sound from my IC 7300 is much better now. For use with an IC 7300 buyers are required to solder connections on a supplied mini plug. The Speaker cone is fully exposed with no front covering or grill. That may enhance sound quality marginally but leaves it vulnerable to damage. Unlike the Icom external speaker, the Phoenema Miranda cabinet is not a physical match for the IC7300 when placed side by side. I put mine on top of the rig which probably offers the best audio.

Great quality audio and appearance speaker. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Got this outstanding quality speaker with the purchase of a like new used Kenwood TS-590SG. It matches the Kenwood for looks, and sounds great! It actually sounds way better than my Kenwood SP-23 speaker! I wouldn’t hesitate to get another one! Phonema Miranda is a definite plus to my shack!!!

Very Nice Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Very nicely made, with a contemporary appearance. Audio quality is excellent. I think this has been designed by somebody who actually understands audio. It is NOT the usual cheapo-quality overpriced, indifferent manufacturer's loudspeaker. I'm using it with an IC-7300, and it really looks good alongside.

Recommended.

Clear sound! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I used this with the IC-7300. The stock upwards facing speaker projects right into my desk shelf. The stock speaker also rattles the chassis at specific frequencies. Picked this up from DXE the other day, and WOW, much clearer audio. Without the harsh highs, the qso is much easier to understand. Fits in nicely with the IC-7300 in size.
