Want a lightweight QRP rig? Try this one! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Fantastic little rig. Mine has already been into mountains, thick forest, deep valleys and with both an EFHW for 80M and a 21.64M long wire has performed extremely well. The RX is very good. Many contacts have commented that the audio is punchy, and better than my FT817. I'll be buying the 40M version as soon as my piggy bank allows!

Little great rig Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I use a QRPver-1v3 (on 20 m) since three months and are very happy of its performance. The audio is clear, both the one received with the small speaker and the one received from the correspondents on USB. Sound selectivity is very good and suitable for any need. VOX presence in digital modes avoids using other devices to control PTT and this semplify Pc use. With just 2w (12 volt power supply) in JT9 I have had QSO over 9,000 Km (5,600 miles). Guaranteed fun...

Small radio that works just fine Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I've orderd the 28 Mc version and got it after 3,5 weeks. The first thing what I noticed was the nice good clear audio from the receiver. The TX is after measurement not 3 Watt but 2 - 2,5 Watt depending if you are on band end or in the middle. But in the qrp-world more then enough. The mic audio is good as well, it's clear and other stations hear me well. Even with low signal reports. I hope to get lots of fun with this nice small radio for years!
