Great Stuff Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
It's light on resources, it's very fast, and it works.
The author is also extremely helpful.
Register and you get a great add-on package.
Highly recommended.

My All Time Favorite Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I've used this program for about 4 years now and it is absolutely the best out there. I especailly like the QSL card design and printing function, as well as the WAS, DXCC and other awards tracking. I've logged several thousand contacts with this program and almost everyone who's gotten a QSL card from me in the past 4 years has gotten a personalized home made QSL card, designed and printed using this program.

Colin the author, has continued to improve and upgrade this software and so I've continued to upgrade to his latest versions to keep up with additional features and improvements he keeps adding. This program has all the features you could spend a lot for in one of those commercial programs, yet Colin provides it free for hams.
To those who claim they can't figure out how to log a contact with this program - shame on you. Your so obvious less than truthful bias isn't fooling anyone.

This is a great logging program, not perfect, but darn near close and better than some of the stuff you'll pay a lot for. I know because I've tried quite a few. Downloaded almost anything I could find online that let me try it. I even paid for a couple only to be disappointed. One or two came close but Colin's QSL card designer and print function sold me. My second favorite was WinEQF. It works well and is easy to use but lacks the QSL card function. Being able to design and print a QSL right from your logger is a great function. Yet most loggers do little more than print a label for you. The only limitations I've had using this program has been the limited capabilities of my printer, not the software. Give Winlog32 a try, you'll like it.

Almost perfect Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been using Winlog32 (WL32) for 5 years and really use it extensively for about a year. Before this I tried : Logger32, Easylog, DX4Win, Swisslog just to name a few.

I mainly focus on hunting DX and chasing awards. I chose to definitely stay with WL32 for the following reasons:

I like:
- It is very stable even on light PC
- It is free !
- I have everything I need to operate on the screen of my PC (log, cluster, lookup window, map of contacted country, propagation, CAT, rotator control, winkey suport...) I could put more, but my monitor is only 17" !
- Popular awards tracking is built-in and you can easily create any missing awards
- A QSL / labels editor is built-in
- It manages LOTW and e-QSL
- Support from the author (Colin - G0CUZ) is great. He is always open to implement useful features/provide support.

I do not like:
- I remember that in my initial days, I did not find the software to be intuitive! If you do not read the help file, you will probably miss 80% of the features.

I now have 40,000+ QSO in WL32 and can only recommend you to give it a try... it is FREE !

POS Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I downloaded the lastest version of Winlog a couple of days ago. A total bust, several basic features simply do not work. And the author simply does not respond or suggests that I read the "Help" section. Forget the Winlog32 forums, no help there. The only "assistance" from the forum is that "it is the greatest thing since sliced bread." No technical assistance from anyone.

I don't know Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I downloaded this program several weeks ago and although I haven't spent a lot of time trying to use it I still haven't figured out how to imput a call sign. It's got this red box that blinks on and off. Pretty. Aside from that I don't know.

Best Logging Software Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
I've tried several Logging programs, the most complex one or even the DOS based program, after I found this software in April 2006, I decided to use winlog32, the best, simple, ease of use, pwerful and it's free. The compatibility with export, import LOG file is vy good.
Thanks to G0CUS who dedicated this software for Ham Radio.

Excellent Program Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I tried several logging programs and decided on this one 4 years ago and never looked back. I registered the software with Colin and he is "constantly" upgrading the program. Colin has an extensive web site with FAQ and his customer support is amazing. This one is a winner all around!

It is indeed a superb programme Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have had it for quite some time. I did have some queries which Colin responded very promptly. I finally decided to get the programme registered a few months ago and received the maps. All in all I must say it is an awesome logger and incredably easy to use!

An excellent free logging program Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
It took almost 10 minutes to figure it out and then I was hooked. No more paper logs. It has many automated features like entering the date/time, 59 signal reports, call sign lookups, etc, etc! And it will run my Winkey. Did I mention it was free? Thanks to G0CUZ for such a fine program.

Excellent! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I think it's all been said. This has to be the BEST logbook program I have currently seen/used and am still using.

Download it and give it a try, I'm sure you'll be impressed.
