Is Amazing ok to say? Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I wanted an 80m shortened dipole for a city lot that would replace my inverted-v. The intent was to be able to work across the band HP both on CW and SSB.

The antenna was easy to build with a great mechanical design. Electrically it worked as I expected keeping my Acom 2000A and Alpha 78 happy.

I'm honestly confident in running both CW and SSB. DXing is a pleasure too. Being able to be 1:1 anywhere in the band even let's me work nets up in the 3900's.

I am very happy with this antenna's mechanical and electrical qualities.

Ken's customer service is very good, especially considering how busy he has become.

Full 80m coverage Dipole Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This antenna is very well built mechanically. The dipole starts with 2" od aluminum and works it's way down to 3/8". The droop is minimal with no truss.

With the MFJ-1924 mobile antenna controller, the entire band can be covered. The controller has 10 memories, I set 5 for cw and 5 for ssb. I have my cw memories setup in such a way that I can cover from 3.5 to 3.625 with a 1.5:1 or lower swr. The bandwidth can be greater if you settle for 1.75:1 or 2.0:1.
