simple design- solid performer Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
Antenna was a gift rescued from behind a friend's garage. Contacting Mosley revealed it was produced in 1950s through early to mid 1960s!

It is clean and simple- no appendages at all.

Mine is on a flat roof at ~15' with 8 radials (2 per band 180deg apart). I started with 10m, tuned radials, then 15/20/40m consecutively. In the end I think I did add some length back to a few radials but I was able to achieve 1:1 on 15/20m and VERY close to 1:1 on 40/10m. Very easy to move the sweet spot up or down the bands by trimming/lengthening the radial pairs.

The 1.5:1 or less SWR bandwidth is as follows:
10m - 1MHz
15m - 400kHz
20m - 190kHz
40m - 180kHz

Later I got the manual from Mosley (great support from them!) and it states 4 radials minimum at 33' each- more can be added. My radials are all lengths related to the 4 bands- no idea how all radials at 33' would work.

The antenna is sturdy- has a nice ring with 3 thimbles for guy lines- and performs great. I love having a 60 year old antenna that still works great!!

I have some pics on my site of my install and tuning results:
