Works great with FLEX 6000 radios Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I use the M629 on several 6000 FLEX radios, excellent audio reports, clear sound with good response from 100 to 3000Hz. This is a great mic which sounds essentially the same as my Heil PR781, the EQ is almost identical between the two mics on the FLEX EQ settings, and they sound virtually the same from what my friends tell me (and from monitoring my own TX audio), though the INRAD costs over $100 less. FLEX mic settings:
63 -7
125 -5
250 -3
500 -2

Nice mic Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I bought this to have a desk mic for my Flex 6400. The first person I worked mentioned the audio was full, loud and clear. Unsolicited reports are always the best.

Great Mic for 991A Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Bought on recommendation of tech at DX Engineering. Also bought DMS-1 base with ptt. Excellent quality plus all necessary cables. After working with built in EQ of radio, getting many compliments on SSB audio. Only issue was operator error by not turning on microphone slide switch to turn on Mic element. I highly recommend this dynamic cardiod mic.

Excellent SSB Mic Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I've tried many microphones with my FT-991 and the M629 seems to be the best match for it. For example in A/B comparisons vs the MD100, every ham I asked preferred the M629 copy-ability and clarity.
