No RFI, but very audible buzzing/whine sound Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Update December 2020:

I have solved the buzzing/coil whine issue. Running at 13.8v causes this. I happened to fix it by accident. I saw at full power key down the voltage sagged at the end of my power cable to 13.2v, so I increased the supply voltage to 14.8v and the noise vanished. Now it sags to 14.2 key down. I should probably use a shorter cable, but I'm a happy camper now. Just makes a hint of noise when it has to deliver a fast transient like CW, but not really annoying like the constant whine I experienced before this trick. Nice supply!

Nice power supply in general. Had it apart to have a look inside and it is indeed very well filtered on both the input and output.

Five transistors are passively cooled on a large heatsink, which is bonded to the top of the chassis with some thermal paste.

My only gripe with this power supply is it emits a buzzing sound which varies in frequency and volume depending on the load. When I had it apart, I used a small microphone that led me straight to the transistors buzzing. Not sure what might be causing this but it's pretty annoying.

I will have to relocate it to a cabinet to stop the noise, a fan would be a good idea to circulate the air if placed in an enclosure. (Fixed see above.)

Great deal! No RFI! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
No fan, completely convection cooled. I have extensively used at high duty cycle digital modes and it runs cool as a cucumber.

Popping open the enclosure, it is obvious this particular power supply has more RFI filtering than the industrial and not very well filtered Meanwell modules. I have found no noticeable RFI at my shack from this.
